Due to the intimate nature of body jewelry and strict health and safety regulations, we can only accept returns on unworn, factory-sealed items within 30 days of purchase. Please ensure your jewelry is correct before breaking the sterile seal, as opened packages are ineligible for exchange or refund.

Return Process

  Verify Seal Integrity

  Examine your jewelry through the clear packaging to ensure size and style are correct without breaking the tamper-evident sterile seal.

  Request Authorization

  Contact our support team with your order number to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and a prepaid shipping label.

• 3.
  Secure Packaging

  Place the sealed jewelry in its original box and use a padded mailer to prevent damage during transit back to our studio.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our piercers verify the seal remains intact, we will process your refund or store credit within 5-7 business days.
